If you take a look a the top right here you will see a link to the helpdesk, where you can submit you requests for help, advice and repair, first off it will ask you to sign in with an email address then it will validate that address by sending you an email with a confirm link in, remember if we can sort via email then there is no charge whatsoever, go on give it try what have you got to lose.
