Thats usually the first question most people want answering, before going any further, so i'm going to try and put forward a very simple price structure.
Factory Restore £50 this will reset your appliance back to default settings (like when you just bought it) - this option will be the best for 99% of people who are having issues with their device - I will collect the device, factory restore it and return the device all within 72 hrs (excluding weekends).
Computer Setup £25 per hour - this includes connecting to the internet, setting up email/facebook etc, connecting to printers/camera etc.
Data Backup/Restore £25 per hour - there is no size limit on this only the time taken to backup and restore.
All products are resold to you with a 5% markup fee on cost. So if i have to buy a new cable for you and it costs me £10 you get charged £10 +%5
We can provide free office products along with anti-virus and malware protection so no mark up there (you only pay for install time).
We offer a remote service (where we remotely connect to your computer and fix/resolve issues) this is charged at £10 per hour and is payable in advance through PayPal (you don't need an account just an email and a bank card).
We offer a free help desk service where you can request advise and help, if we can fix via email then there is no charge, if we need to go further then we can agree a price before doing anything else.All other services please ask for a quote.
Travel, this is include within a 10 mile radius of Blackburn above this a charge of 90p per mile is added to everything.
